Q: How long does it take?
A: Please ensure that you put aside at least two weeks depending on the size of the job. At Christmas, we try to ensure that all orders taken before 20th November are delivered in time for Christmas.
Q: Will you look after my photos?
A: We will treat your photos as our own. We prefer that photos are delivered, however, if the postal service is used, we will use recorded delivery. We prefer to use a courier, if you agree to use a courier there will be an extra £20 charge.
Q: How long will my DVD be?
A: The playing time for each DVD will vary with each project. We will offer advice if we think the viewing time is too short or too long. Please bear in mind the attention span of the viewer. Sometimes, this can be the deciding factor when pulling the photos together. Also, the length of the background music may have a part to play.

A: Currently, we can take .avi, .wmv, .mpg and all major formats. However, some of these are already compressed and will result in some loss of quality. Try to send original videos, if possible.

A: We will make every effort to preserve the quality of your images/videos. However, it is inevitable that some quality will be lost. We will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.
